If you have an interest in different types of therapy, you may be familiar with eye movement therapies. Personally, I'm not a therapist, but I do follow trends in therapy and have been aware of EMDR for quite some time. But I hadn't heard about Integral Eye Movement Therapy (IEMT) before Andrew T. Austin sent me the information about his Integral Eye Movement Therapy video series.

These videos were designed with clinicians/therapists in mind, but the information in the videos is of interest to many laypeople as well, and in fact, about half of the sales of the videos so far have been to people who want to apply the techniques for their personal development.

The series contains four parts and goes into depth regarding the structure of the treatment, how the exercises work, and issues related to PTSD, anxiety, identity reimprinting, and more.
