<p>
Michael hopes he can donate over 100,000 books and ship them in time for Christmas 2017.
He titled this campaign "The Gift Keeps Giving" cause he feels it was a gift from above that inspired him to create Mr. Holidays. A gift of being honored with three awards for his creation, and a gift to be able to pay it forward to bring a smile to children's faces this Christmas 2017 Holiday Season.
<p>
<b>1. How did you come up with the character of Mr. Holidays, and what would you most like our readers to know about him?</b>
<p>
I created Mr. Holidays to be a safe keeper of all the holidays in the calendar year. To promote the old traditions as well as create new fun ways to celebrate with family and friends.
<p>
2. What would you like people to know about you and your books?
<p>
I think your readers should know that deep down inside I’m still a big kid, and I have always loved and cherished sharing the holidays with family and friends. It was always a time in my house growing up where we just slowed down enough to continue the family traditions to spend, share and enjoy quality time with each other making new memories each and every year. Christmas wasn’t a day when I was a child. It was at least two weeks or more spread out visiting friends and family. It kind of kicked off a week after Thanksgiving. I think it’s such an important time especially for the children to be in the middle of the adults conversation with their grandparents, parents, aunts and uncles, siblings, cousins and friends sharing and learning the family traditions. Just hearing the stories and old tales that were passed down from generation to generation. I feel it’s so important to their upbringing knowing that they have the support and a solid foundation helping them feel secure and loved.
<p><b>
3. Would you tell us a little more about how you were inspired to create Mr. Holidays?</b>
<p>
I was inspired to create Mr. Holidays through several experiences with my own children and their friends. On one occasion we had a birthday party for our youngest child who at the time just turned six or seven. We had several friends over and had a really enjoyable day playing games and having pizza and all sorts of goodies for desert. By the end of the evening the children were settling down waiting to be picked up by their parents. I pulled out my guitar and we had a sing-along. After several songs that were known by the children I started singing a few Christmas songs because it was only a few weeks away. While every one was singing one child pipes up to all of our surprise that he does not believe in Santa. I looked at my sons face expressing a shocked questionable look, and I quickly replied well that’s fine that you don’t believe in Santa, but in this house we love Santa.
<p>
When all the children left and my little guy went to bed I asked my wife how could that little child already not believe in Santa…He’s so young? My wife replied "for some people Christmas is just another day. With both parents working full time it’s not easy..."
<p>
<b>Thanks, Michael!</b>

<p>
<b>1. What are the Universal Energies, and could you tell us a little bit about their importance in your life?</b>
<p>
I believe the Universal Energies are all around us and we can connect to them to help us in this life. Universal Energies will include; Angles, other etherical beings… god; people have their own names and beliefs they are all in the energy.
<p>
Their importance to me, is an amazing source of life guidance, wisdom and signposts for our direction.
<p>
<b>2. What is the Zoetic Soul, and what inspired you to <a href="https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/099557121X?pf_rd_p=9daa0afc-fa5f-4673-9ff4-e926d27e7d1b&pf_rd_r=CK4GBRHHWBZVZDPC7981">write a book on this topic</a>? </b>
<p>
Zoetic means pertaining to life and my book is essentially about the soul. Therefore, the title seemed appropriate, Zoetic Soul. (Pertaining to the life of the soul).
<p>
My inspirations were my grandmother and my love for all things universal. Giving people different ways of thinking to those they have been conditioned to think by. To change thought patterns to release their perfect vision for their own life. Observing change in people is, well, I have shed many tears as I see people grow beyond their original thoughts. Changing the flow of energy to create new. The point is they only make a tiny change to begin with, what follows is an eruption of ideas ready to put into motion. That happiness which shines from makes my work complete.
<p>
Zoetic Soul, looks at my life just before writing, and 2 years of ‘coincidences’. Many hours of trance work gave me the dialogue of the soul who had passed over.
<p>
A whole chapter about suicide, this again is a different way to look at this way of passing and has helped so many people who have lost someone they love to suicide.
<p>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEi2nAkdlGP-7xJAM6CbeysEgnUn41VMTv21ivr3hcF0f2bFQKy8AgLF897MJSwmI7HOM_38Zu2on4NVopC_RMd6tmw-41n7OSvAFHIIBMrfP81oSvQqNy3Xi28SYQkVIlfyE1UiO4ZUu8SW/s1600/OOK2.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="clear: right; float: right; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-left: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEi2nAkdlGP-7xJAM6CbeysEgnUn41VMTv21ivr3hcF0f2bFQKy8AgLF897MJSwmI7HOM_38Zu2on4NVopC_RMd6tmw-41n7OSvAFHIIBMrfP81oSvQqNy3Xi28SYQkVIlfyE1UiO4ZUu8SW/s320/OOK2.jpg" width="320" height="320" data-original-width="200" data-original-height="200" /></a></div>
<p>
Synchronicities in life are given for a reason, examples and true-life experiences show you how and why they come into your life. More importantly you are shown how to deal with and move on from each experience.
<p>
Reading Zoetic Soul will give you a unique experience as I know of no other book like this.
<p><b>
3. How have your own life experiences inspired you to help others?</b>
<p>
Going through and coming out the other side of Depression, suicidal thoughts and learning to live with Fibromyalgia have given me so many tools to share with others.
<p>
This inspires me as I know others don’t have to be in that state of existence, they can LIVE their life.
<p>
Being empathic to my own needs created a universal insight, wisdom and energy which I pass on to others.
<p><b>
4. What are some of the ways that you connect with and help other people through your work?</b>
<p>
Over the years many people have connected with me through the Psychic Medium work. However, they soon realise my work is not that of a “fortune teller” as we are often described.
<p>
Again, and again I hear people say, “I never thought of it in that way.”
<p>
They then go on to think about their life and problems in a different way. Slowly releasing their conditioning.
<p>
My intuition is strong and can pick up easily what people are going through, who connects to them from the other-side, and their future possibilities.
<p>
Using Internet connections to speak to people all over the world allows me to spread the message I am here to deliver/teach.
<p>
People may come to me when someone has passed over.
<p>
People are often stuck in their personal or business life.
<p>
People may just need that shift in their vision of their own life.
<p>
People will sign up for a 6/12 month programme to get them on track with a new project or life experience.
<p>
People may have an hour consultation co-creating purpose.
<p>
<b>5. Do you have any advice for other people who want to become more aware of their own intuitive abilities?</b>
<p>
To open up your intuitive abilities often requires you to be still, silent and allow the forces that be to communicate with you. Ask and you shall be given.
<p>
Many people hold on to so much from their past which no longer serves them. To these people I would say let go forever and naturally you will begin to see changes in perception.
<p>
ALWAYS be your own unique self and allow all that is within you to shine. Go with your inner guide, that feeling in your gut that says all is well or gives an indication of a certain answer.
<p>
No one can give you intuition it is already there ready for you to access it.
<p>
Be guided and allow guidance.
<p>

<p><b>
1. What inspired you to become a therapist?</b>
<p>
I spent 10 years in the computer software industry because I was offered a job with a startup right out of college. My bachelors degree was in mass communications, but I minored in Psychology. I enjoy psychology but wasn't clear on what a career in psychology looked like at that time, so I took the job in front of me and moved forward. I enjoyed high tech, but I wasn't passionate about it. I found myself routinely being the one who people turned to to solve problems in the workplace, and there were times where I felt like I had missed my calling. Shortly after the dot.com boom and the market collapse, I started my own computer hardware company, and I was sued by larger companies trying to get me out of the industry a couple of times and I knew I needed to pursue a different career path. At that point, I truly did feel called to go back and get my masters in counseling, I felt inspired to work with men, to help them become better husbands and fathers. I like to say that once I did start my practice, I realized not a lot of men come to therapy on their own, so I found myself doing a lot of work with pornography addiction, which is a very big problem with men, and some women, and I also started doing a lot of couples therapy. Because of my work with pornography addiction, I also started an online recovery program called “The Path Back” which helps men and women with tools to overcome pornography addiction and compulsive sexual behavior. You can find out more information at <a href="http://pathbackrecovery.com">http://pathbackrecovery.com</a>.
<p><b>
2. What are your favorite parts of your work?</b>
<p>
I know it can sound cliched, but helping people break out of negative patterns, helping people identify and then achieve goals that they either never knew existed inside of them, or that they had given up on. I love watching somebody come to me with an addiction, for example, going minute by minute to not give in, to get to a place where the addiction is no longer running their life. I started doing a lot of couples counseling a few years ago, and I am very passionate about a modality called EFT (Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy): it changes lives, it gives couples skills they didn't know were even available, and it helps people get to places in their marriage that they thought were only seen in movies. And a quick side note, I love when somebody comes into my office and opens up about a struggle for the first time in their lives--I love seeing the relief of hearing their worst fears normalized, and then seeing them slowly have hope, and gain momentum as they overcome their issues.
<p><b>
3. How did you get the idea to do The Virtual Couch podcast?</b>
<p>
I'm an ultra runner, that's somebody who specializes on running races LONGER than the marathon distance of 26.2 miles. I've run around 50 regular marathons, including the Boston Marathon, but then I got into ultra running and I've run nearly 100 ultra marathons including a dozen runs of over 100 miles. That requires A LOT of training, and I've been running 6-days-a-week for over 20 years--that's a lot of time on the road, and I found podcasts over a decade ago and I've listened to thousands of podcasts over the years. I love the medium, and I've always wanted to do a podcast. The more time I spent in my therapist chair, the more things I began to notice that I wanted to share to as many people as possible that I felt like could help people live better lives. My first few podcasts have dealt with how to talk to teenagers, how to get "unstuck," tips on resolving anger, making new habits, and I have so many more I can't wait to record.
<p><b>
4. How do you choose the guests/topics to feature on your podcast?</b>
<p>
That's a great question. In the months leading up to the launch of the Virtual Couch podcast, I made a list of topics and colleagues that I would love to interview, and I started to reach out to people to see if they'd be interested in coming on my podcast...but I didn't have a podcast to show them so I feel like a lot of people didn't seem too interested, or they weren't familiar with podcasting in general, but once the podcast launched, and especially as it has immediately shot up the charts on iTunes, people have been more receptive. My first three interviews were so much fun, and easier to book than I anticipated. Tina Fuller, author of the book, <i>It's My Turn</i>, about growing up with a narcissistic mother, Paul Gilmartin, host of the incredibly popular podcast The Mental Illness Happy Hour, and Eriz Schranz, host of the chart-topping Ultrarunnerpodcast, were all immediately responsive and willing to come on the show, and that gave me some legitimacy, so now I have a lot of interest from therapists, and authors. I've began to be contacted by publicists for a couple of authors who would like to come on and talk about a book about mental health that they've written. I'm so excited to bring these interviews to The Virtual Couch.
<p><b>
5. What's your advice to others who want to start a podcast, and what else would you like readers to know about you and your work?</b>
<p>
Haha! Don't go out and buy a bunch of equipment that you ASSUME you'll need. I have a pretty nice mixing board that I don't need and a couple of high-end microphones, only one of which I need to record a nice sounding show. There is SO MUCH information about what it takes to start a podcast on the internet, YouTube, etc., so just spend some time researching how to put one together, but then go for it!
<p>
I would just love to plug my podcast, The Virtual Couch, if you have an iPhone go find the Podcast app, it comes pre-installed, and search for The Virtual Couch, please hit the subscribe button, listen to an episode or two and if you like it, I'd be grateful for a nice rating and maybe even a review, and feel free to share any episodes that you found helpful on social media. If you aren't an Apple user, you can find the podcast on any podcasting app for android, there are quite a few or go to <a href="http://virtualcouch.xyz">http://virtualcouch.xyz</a> (that's a real domain ending!) and the shows are there. Scroll down to the bottom and send me a question you’d like answered on the show, and if you feel inclined please consider making a donation to help with the cost of hosting and producing the podcast. And if you, or anyone you know, is struggling with pornography addiction or compulsive sexual behavior PLEASE visit <a href="http://pathbackrecovery.com">http://pathbackrecovery.com</a> and take a look at my program, it can really help give you the life you always dreamed up.
<p>
Thanks for interview and for your time. Take care!
<p>

<p><b>
1. What gave you the idea for <i>From Within the Firebird's Nest</i>?</b>
<p>
In the beginning, I was mapping out the story of a young Arab man who was misled into jihadism by a manipulative teacher when I read an article about numbers stations. The stations gave me a method for Abdul-Malik Kaseem, the young man, to gain access to something much more substantial and catastrophic than anyone could have expected. Bringing in two characters from my earlier books, Evan Davis and Maksim Bondreovich, I was able to continue their good guy versus bad guy dynamic, weaving them into Abi's story. As the story began to develop, I included more and more things from current and recent history to give the story depth and the plausibility needed for a reader to more thoroughly enjoy it.
<p><b>
2. How has your perspective as someone who has served in the military and worked for the Dept of Defense influenced your work as a novelist?</b>
<p>
The wealth and depth of experience that can occur over a military career provide realism and multiplicity unavailable elsewhere. As a result of that path, every geographic location used in every book I've written thus far, are places where I've been. When I was in Berlin, I went to the Glienicker Brücke (Bridge of Spies) at the height of the Cold War in the early 80s. If you did not know the history of the bridge, it might seem nondescript and unimportant--it was the events that occurred there that make it memorable. Likewise, the people that I have met, befriended, and worked with from many different cultures tend to show up in my book. This makes the characters fully developed rather than stereotypes or presumed personas.
<p>
I once heard a person saying that the draft forced people from many different regions, wealth levels, and backgrounds to meet and work with each other in a way nothing else in American society does. I have to agree with that. Unlike where you live or work--which might be determined by your geography, or what school you attend--which might be determined by wealth. Service in uniform and with the federal government forces a uniting with people who were unlike you but with a common goal to serve the public good--and many times in a location far, far away from home. The job takes people to unfamiliar situations and causes them to overcome their own assumptions and prejudices based on an actuality they are experiencing. Nothing could be better to unite the people of the diverse country such as the United States.
<p><b>
3. What were the most challenging aspects of writing your latest novel? </b>
<p>
Making sure that everything worked. When I read a book that takes me on a journey into something I'm unfamiliar with or provides me with clues that can be sorted out or examined, I expect those things to be real and to work. In all of my books, I aim to ensure that everything within the story is as close to real as possible. All of the codes listed in the book work, the descriptions on how you could decrypt a message that was encrypted using a book also work. It may seem trivial, but to some readers, it is essential because they may want to try to decrypt the codes themselves. I realize that such things are not universal, I even got into a discussion about it with my editor, but for that one reader, they will find that extra bit of realism it makes them enjoy the book even more.
<p>
On a less intricate level, I also make the locations and scenery as factual as possible. In the book when Dieter goes to visit Fyodor in Munich, the description of his journey to the restaurant is entirely accurate--a reader could duplicate that trip by getting on the trains and subways mentioned and make the same exact journey. This may not matter to some readers, but if you had made that journey yourself you would expect it to be described accurately in the book or the book would lose plausibility.
<p><b>
4. How have readers been responding to the novel so far?</b>
<p>
At this point, the book has only been out a month, so I am just starting to get feedback on what people think, and I am very flattered by the reception that the book has been getting. It has been well received overall, and in addition to good reviews, I am getting some surprising queries via email about topics I did not expect.
<p>
I have had readers write me about some of the more minor points in the book that I felt were an interesting asides when written, like Ashely's family heritage. Now I know they were appreciated; nothing could be more complimentary. I have also gotten queries about the fate of characters beyond the book and if I plan on bringing them back in the next "Evan Davis Tale." For some yes, for others no; but to hear that I have created a character worthy of interest or concern does make me feel a great sense of satisfaction.
<p>
I have also heard from readers who have their own ideas about the directions I should have taken the story. I see those as complimentary too--it means I created a story that the reader delved into so deeply they started to ponder the world I created. Some of my favorite books are those that I spent time thinking about how I might have changed things within the story.
<p><b>
5. What else would you like readers to know about you and your work?</b>
<p>
My function is to be a storyteller--to take the reader on an enjoyable journey. I am not here to present you a particular political narrative or to examine social issues unless they relate to the story that I'm telling. I think there are plenty of authors out there who write books with an agenda or to support a particular narrative. You will not find that in my books. What you will see, is an exciting story with characters that you can relate to and enjoy as an escapist form of entertainment. To me, that is why you pick up a work of fiction in the first place.

Steven LaVey is a writer from Newcastle upon Tyne in the North East of England. He writes autobiographical novels and surreal short stories. He has written three books: <i>Three Leaves</i>, <i>Shorts</i>, and <i>The Ugly Spirit</i>.

<p>
<b>1. Why did you choose autobiographical fiction rather than memoir in writing <i>Three Leaves</i>?</b>
<p>
I've chosen to write autobiographical fiction over writing memoirs because I feel that the writing process of autobiographical fiction allows me to have more creativity over the structure, events, and characters involved. By that, I mean that instead of aiming for a direct, linear version of events, I can meld, merge, and amalgamate the timeline, characters, and scenes. It also allows me to exaggerate, and even make things up, if I feel that by doing so it will potentially improve the story.
<p>
<b>2. Who are some authors of the past and present day whose work inspires you? Alan Bennett came to mind for me because of his autobiographical work in different genres, but it seems like your work has more of an edge to it. </b>
<p>
While there are many influences on my writing, the main influence, both philosophically and stylistically, would be Henry Miller. What Miller did was to make art out of his own life, to bend it, manipulate it, and turn it into a tall, amusing, sexual, and philosophical tale. However, it is not just the content or philosophy of Miller’s writing that I love; it is the rhythm, poetry, and language, which he uses to express his ideas. While he dips in and out of the Miller "voice," in my opinion he only really nails it consistently in his first published novel, <i>Tropic of Cancer</i>. What I love about <i>TOC</i> is the immediacy of the language Miller uses; it is the rawness, and the almost spiritual excitement at the situations he finds himself in. Coming back to the first question, I would add that the immediacy of Miller's work inspired me to write autobiographical fiction. It is why I wrote <i>Three Leaves</i> in such a way, transferring myself back into my nineteen (to twenty-three) year old frame of mind, and writing as if I were telling the narrative as it happened, instead of in a retrospective memoir.
<p><b>
3. In writing with so much honesty, do you ever come up against things you have to really fight to get onto the page? </b>
<p>
Absolutely, but not so much for the actions or words of my own character, but for anyone else who I have fictionalized. As I am attempting to use real individuals (albeit with fake names) as the basis for my characters, my concerns are that should any of those individuals read my work and discover that they are involved, they may think that I have not portrayed them correctly. This is a particular concern when it comes to family members.
<p>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhUPKzYOt5V6QJok7reWZZ2A4bHGqzG-SemtZlmI4_IC7Qh-vEToTXlRY4v31n0XRwXV96khz48YSneYW2rE8s0tHPItbQD_YOwH57eSwDjTP9E7iHRGKumwaa8-69S_m_69DqrKZwwZkx8/s1600/book_cover_front.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="clear: right; float: right; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-left: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhUPKzYOt5V6QJok7reWZZ2A4bHGqzG-SemtZlmI4_IC7Qh-vEToTXlRY4v31n0XRwXV96khz48YSneYW2rE8s0tHPItbQD_YOwH57eSwDjTP9E7iHRGKumwaa8-69S_m_69DqrKZwwZkx8/s320/book_cover_front.jpg" width="202" height="320" data-original-width="1009" data-original-height="1600" /></a></div>
<p>
<b>
4. What motivates you to keep writing? Do you maintain a schedule or do anything else that keeps you focused on your work?</b>
<p>
For me, writing is like breathing, eating, or sleeping; it's natural and something I've always done. There is no motivation--I either write or die. However, when I plan to write something of a certain length, like I did with <i>Three Leaves</i> and <i>The Ugly Spirit</i>, I plan my work out scene-by-scene and then write the novel from the notes. Presently, I am working to a slightly different method (which I'm keeping secret) for my next book, which I hope to publish in late 2018 or early 2019.
<p><b>
5. What would you like readers to know about your latest book?</b>
<p>
I felt like I went through an enormous metamorphosis while writing <i>Three Leaves</i>. The process of digging about in my brain to remember all the things that happened ultimately got me thinking (a lot more than usual) about my behavior at the time. What I would like anyone thinking of reading <i>Three Leaves</i> to know is that it is about a real individual; someone who is idiotic, insecure, hopeless, embarrassing, angry, sad, depressed, lost, addicted, manic, loving, kind, spiritual, honest, violent, and all the other endless traits that make people what they are; whole, complex, and not mere stereotypes of "good" and "evil."

Have you ever noticed that the popularity of different dating sites seems to change over time? In order to improve your chances of meeting people, it can help to try new and different sites.

<p>
One of the latest sites I've heard about is <a href="https://speeddatingcupid.com/">https://speeddatingcupid.com/</a>. This site is described as a place for speed dating, where it only takes a minute to register and start connecting with potential dates.
<p>
New people across the US are joining the site and uploading their profiles daily. The site has several features to allow you to meet people in a low-key way. For example, you can easily set up friend lists, and you can send messages or winks to other people on the site. It's free to sign up and get started using the site. There is also a premium level available for those who want to try more features.
<p>
Some other cool things about the site are that it has a blog where you can find articles about love and dating related topics, and the site runs contests where you can win prizes like a free premium subscription.

<p>
<b>1. In general, what are some of the benefits in using VoIP in the first place?</b>
<p>
People start saving money once they get started with VoIP due to its low monthly commitment compared to a normal fixed line or even a mobile. Some VoIP services provide free services if you purchase their devices one-off, such as Ooma. The VoIP utilizes your internet connection as well since I believe most of the residents or users now will surely have fiber now.
<p>
<b>2. How did your own experience as a VoIP customer motivate you to start the site?</b>
<p>
My first experience sucked as I had committed to a bad service. It all happened because I wanted to save costs and get the cheaper price while the provider promised on the features and reliability. Back then, there weren't as many reviews and sharing on the internet or forums, very limited information. I ended up losing more money, and it was such a frustrating experience. I thought it would be great if I picked a few providers and tested them along while giving out my experience and encounters due to my own usage and criteria. I have since become an addict and I love to try more of them to review for my site.
<p>
<b>
3. What are some of the most interesting things you've learned since starting the site?</b>
<p>
What I love is that more and more people and users are willing to share their experience and knowledge on the VoIP providers. I believe most are still unfamiliar or not even heard of them but now all the information and knowledge are much more easily accessible. First time users can skip the pain and get what they need. More webmasters are setting up review sites, and we all can learn from different points of view, too.
<p><b>
4. Do you think VoIP has changed over the years, as more people have dropped landline phones for mobile phones?</b>
<p>
Of course I do. The first thing that I had noticed is the lowering of prices for residential users. But this hasn't happened for business purposes; the price had increased, in fact, for business VoIP over the years. I believe these facts had to do with the functionality and increase of facilities to cater all the demand. Other than that, the reliability of the VoIP has vastly improved, so now the voice is much more crystal clear and stable, less jittery and delayed. Certainly the voice compression technology has improved over the years. From my observation, mobile users are utilizing VoIP app from their smartphone more than ever because of convenience and stability. I still remember my first time using a VoIP app from my smartphone 5 years back (Viber); back then, you could barely hear what the other person was saying on the line. Luckily, all these bad experience have gone away over time.
<p><b>
5. What else would you like people to know about your website?</b>
<p>
I certainly hope users can benefit from what I've encountered personally. Check and read the reviews carefully if they suit your needs. Always cut out if you find that the provider failed to deliver what they promised--that's why a no contract situation is always my priority.
<p>

<p><b>
1. What first drew you to creative writing?</b>
<p>
I was one of those kids that read every book in the house, including encyclopedias, then branched out to magazines, newspapers, and even cereal boxes. If it had words, I read it. I'm pretty sure writing is the natural progression. And I'm drawn to creative writing because, hey, I like being in control.
<p>
<b>2. As someone who writes in different genres and for different age groups, when you get an idea for something to write, how do you decide what form the project will take?</b>
<p>
There's always a constant swarm of pesky ideas flying around my head. Sorry, I misspoke. I meant to say great ideas, not pesky. What could be pesky about an idea?
<p>
Anyway, I usually swat the annoying ones away, but the good ones I snatch out of the air and stick in my pocket. Funny thing is, they come with labels! I've never had to struggle over genre or age group, all I've ever had to do is read the tag. You know, "great for tweens" or "sci-fi I"d like to read." That kind of thing.
<p>
<b>3. What are some of the key differences between writing for kids and writing for adults?</b>
<p>
I find writing for kids much trickier. The author needs to entertain the kids, as well as please their parents, their teachers, their grandparents, etc.
<p>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjOmPhUYtsG3-SlJzdco-jABFKsEodVvtNi2aQ4ZJUPjNZ_ZMc08pr5Ee-ZI0KporuzvoVSgQmJa3pMpD-1gtMEH-9cd-g_PmhbdAmA7A2uFJoyFb0RXsLQWfUcID8-mVUgRZKlmFaW56dg/s1600/TimeWithoutcover.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="clear: right; float: right; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-left: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjOmPhUYtsG3-SlJzdco-jABFKsEodVvtNi2aQ4ZJUPjNZ_ZMc08pr5Ee-ZI0KporuzvoVSgQmJa3pMpD-1gtMEH-9cd-g_PmhbdAmA7A2uFJoyFb0RXsLQWfUcID8-mVUgRZKlmFaW56dg/s320/TimeWithoutcover.jpg" width="200" height="320" data-original-width="1000" data-original-height="1600" /></a></div>
<p>
<b>
4. What do you like best about being a writer?</b>
<p>
The adrenaline! A good day of writing energizes me more than any exercise routine ever invented. Of course, it doesn't do a thing to strengthen my muscles
<p><b>
5. Do you have any projects you're currently working on that you'd like to tell us about?</b>
<p>
Sure! I have a pocketful of potential projects, but the three I'm actively working on are:
<p>
a) An adventure set in Belize that involves a honeymooning couple, a crooked cop, and a ghost.
<p>
b) Two sisters must retrieve a piece of jewelry one of them lost on an amusement park ride before it triggers a robot apocalypse.
<p>
c) A boy accidentally travels to another universe through his dreams, while his twin sister is left at home with no clue what happened to him. This story for kids is set in the late 1920s and is related to the Behold the Eye trilogy.
<p>
It's been a pleasure chatting with you, and happy reading!
<p>

<p>
<b>
1. What inspired you to start Kulör Cases?</b>
<p>
I previously worked in the IT and telecom industry for 14 years. All along I wanted to do something that could combine my interest in gadgets, my love for minimalist designs, and sense of achievement from helping my clients. And it all began in 2017 when I decided to start my own brand that makes luxury personalized leather iPhone cases alongside the Swedish designer Ingrid Andersson. We wanted to become a part of our customers’ special moments. This dream was fulfilled when our first customer of the company was an astronaut who ordered a phone case for himself as well as for his wife for the celebration of the birth of their twins.
<p><b>
2. What makes your cases unique?</b>
<p>
Regarding materials, we wanted something classy but also something that would age well. Leather was the perfect option. Then came the issue of the design. Most leather cases are mono toned, all black, all brown, all blue, etc. We wanted a minimalist design that would not cover the beautiful iPhone but to complement it... This led to the decision of a multi-colored and colorful case design. Secondly, we didn't want the cases to be a source of branding for us because the cases should be about the users. Therefore we designed not to put our company logo on the case. Lastly, we decided for personalization so people could have their names, initials, or something special foil stamped on the phone case. Our phone cases represent our customers' true character and identity.
<p>
Because of the special multi-colored design, our craftsmen have to work on two different cowhide leathers, and that increases the complexity. But we are a luxury brand, and we won't do anything less than the best.
<p>
<b>3. There are a lot of iPhone case makers. What makes you different from them in terms of craftsmenship?</b>
<p>
Our iPhone cases are handcrafted. The products we make are all about the customers which is why we don't incorporate a company logo on our cases. What makes us different is that our utmost goal is to satisfy our customers. We pay close attention to minute details. For example, most leather cases are made by gluing leather sheets on top of plastic bases. The sides of the plastic are visible, which doesn't give a neat look. We keep that in mind and make sure the corners and sides are all covered in leather.
<p>
Our craftsmen spend three times the amount of time that it takes on one regular case. It is all because of our commitment to providing the best of the best.
<p>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEivsisKU3J7BdLW3IROA_7l6Qszs1GY2i3XXP4Zu6ekw-8I62jTzrMMsX5huH6myZN69HMPRbTTRxxZbXbhb4OWLe1KXWGx93a7L8hClERtDlumDSvCAVnF_-s9vwfCPBy26oQj9o226Ntn/s1600/Geno.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEivsisKU3J7BdLW3IROA_7l6Qszs1GY2i3XXP4Zu6ekw-8I62jTzrMMsX5huH6myZN69HMPRbTTRxxZbXbhb4OWLe1KXWGx93a7L8hClERtDlumDSvCAVnF_-s9vwfCPBy26oQj9o226Ntn/s320/Geno.jpg" width="320" height="272" data-original-width="800" data-original-height="680" /></a></div>
<p><b>
4. Could you describe some of the options for people who want to customize their phone case?</b>
<p>
Our customers could choose from a wide collection of colorful cases. We have 10 different color combinations for each of our iPhone 7, iPhone 8, iPhone 7 Plus, and iPhone 7 Plus collections. As for customization, we offer three different fonts namely Park Avenue, JosefinSans and Althea that could be embossed in gold, silver, or rose gold foil. To ensure quality craftsmanship, we use a traditional hand operated hot stamping machine to imprint the leather cases with initials, names, monogram, or something special.
<p>
We also have a live personalization tool on our website so that our customers could preview what they are customizing and order with confidence.
<p><b>
5. In your opinion, why is vegetable tanned top-grain leather the best material for a phone case?</b>
<p>
First of all, vegetable tanned leather does not contain harmful chemicals (vs chromium and aldehyde tanning), and it ages perfectly and delivers a better look for your phone case through time. Second of all, top-grain leather is the most premium hide material. It is the surface of full-grain leather that has not been removed or heavily sanded, preserving the natural qualities of an authentic leather hide. Most cheaper cases in the market uses "split leather" or "genuine leather." They are made from the inner layers that are underneath the top-grain and are embossed with an artificial grain pattern.
<p>
You will never find split leather, bonded, or even imitation leathers products at Kulör Cases.

<b>There are many things we want to talk to you about such as, why you are called, America’s Simple Man, and how you feel poetry saved your life. Also, your new book is being released, and there is a lot to talk about regarding Depression, Suicide and Dark Times. Let's start with describing yourself to our readers.</b>
<p>
I have said many times over that if it would be possible, I could be the eccentric love child of Bob Dylan and Willie Nelson if they could have a child. I just think different and act different. The older I get, I find myself disliking phonies more and more. I just want to surround myself with good caring positive people who don't bring drama and craziness in to my world. I just need to be me 100% and for those who don’t like it, who cares, they weren't my friends in the first place.
<p><b>
America's Simple Man is a title that you believe in and seem to be extremely comfortable with.</b>
<p>
It's been a long road for me, and it hasn't been the best road at times. Some is my own fault and some isn't. At this stage of my life, what I need more than anything is Common Sense and Simplicity, and that is in every aspect of my life including business and faith. I keep it as simple as possible and do my best not to get caught up in the world of Hype, Drama and Bull S_ _ _, and I teach that as well.
<p>
<b>To keep this in order, how about if we talk about depression first and then your poetry?</b>
<p>
It's well-known and I don’t hide the fact that I suffer from depression and have been hospitalized a few times, not only being depressed but suicidal as well. It's a terrible thing to have, and at times it becomes dark and scary and feels as if someone pulled the floor out from under you. I have been diagnosed with a disease called Sarcodosis and recently learned that it can add greatly to a person's depression. If you remember comedian Bernie Mac, he died from it. As far as depression goes, people should understand that there is help and they should take that help and not put it off. Waiting one extra day could be one day to late. Get your self-help today.
<p>
<b>You been called the Eccentric Poet, and you refer often to your poems as God Poems. How did you start writing, and how do you feel it saved your life?</b>
<p>
I was hospitalized for depression, and a doctor came to me and said, I do not want you writing a journal, and he had his reasons. He told me to try my hand at poetry and personally, I thought he was crazier than I was. But I was locked in and couldn't leave, so I said to myself, why not? To my surprise, words just started coming out one after the other, and everything I wrote was somehow connected to God.
<p>
Till this day it hasn't stopped, and I write like I talk which is cool for me, but it covers everything from God sending Angels who become your friend to Hey Bartender, a shot of Cuervo and some Jesus to go. I believe poetry saved my life because I express things in my poetry in ways I don't think I could otherwise. It's not about who reads it--it's about me keeping my mind calm and at peace while I am writing it. I have been lucky to be published a few times but even if I wasn't, I would continue to write each and every day. It's my personal therapy.
<p><b>
You have a new book being released at the end of this year with several more to follow in 2018 and 2019. Can you tell us a little about that?</b>
<p><i>
Old Dogs of the Whiskey Pie Trails</i> will be released later this year, and it is a combination of poetry, "my poetry" and short stories that are related to each of those poems. Each poem really does have its own story as why it was written and who might be involved within that story. The book itself is spiritual in nature and so will be every book after that. At this point I am looking to do a total of eight books through 2019 as a series which will be called "Watering the Spirit." All will be published with Joseph Martin Publishing.

<b>
Can you tell us something that folks might be surprised at or maybe even close friends and family don't know about you?</b>
<p>
What a lot of people do not know is that I am an Ordained Minister and did so as a personal commitment to God. Kind of a thing just between he and I. There were No other reasons involved. I am a giant believer in Prayer and feel Prayer is the most un-selfish act of kindness that someone can do because you are asking God to help someone with No strings attached. I am Ordained with two different organizations and since being so, I have been asked to perform a number of weddings which I have, but I am more than likely the only Pastor that doesn't charge to do this service. I ask the bride and groom to make a donation to a local charity as an additional way to make their special day even more special. I just can't charge for what I call a God Thing. Because of this, some folks even started calling me America's Simple Pastor. It seems to me to fit nicely with the other title, so I consider it a win/win.
<p><b>
Are there any other projects coming up for you in the near future?</b>
<p>
I have an Income Team that I will be promoting shortly that is all about common sense and simplicity. It’s showing folks how it does not need to be expensive, difficult, and time consuming. It shows them how great success can be created by following just 3 Simple Steps and teaching those 3 Simple Steps that should take no longer than 1 minute to learn or teach. Also, I have a video series coming up in the end of 2016 early 2017 called, Simply Dalton. It's just me talking about the important things in life and how keeping it simple is what is really important. The Team will be starting this month and the series is being developed as of this writing.
<p>
<b>Can you tell our readers where they can learn more about you and maybe tell us the title of your most recent poem?</b>
<p>
I am writing two poems at the moment with one being called "Waitin on an Angel to Take Me Home" and the other is called "Feeling Like a Million Bucks While Sitting in the Five and Dime." As far as learning more about me, folks can go to, <a href="http://DocDalton.com">DocDalton.com</a> and everything is there from information on up-coming books, radio shows I have hosted in the past, gallery and even my Prayer Church called "Open Air Church of Prayer" where there is never a donation or collection because it's all about Prayer. They should stop by and leave a prayer--it's only a few simple lines.

Terence Shaun "T-Shaun" McGovern is a 21 year old artist/model. His music style mainly consists of R&B and hip-hop, and he writes, records, and engineers all of his songs. He continuously works at his music to improve his skills as an artist. Music has gotten T-Shaun through many difficulties, and makes him feel full of life, meaning, and purpose. From talent shows to open mic nights, he has performed in Santa Ana, Costa Mesa, and Hollywood.
<p><b>
1. When did you first get into writing your own music?</b>
<p>
About a year ago I started getting into it. Collaborating with other artists has helped me get better. And I feel the more and more you write, the better you get.
<p><b>
2. What does engineering and producing your own work add to your music?</b>
<p>
It lets you have more control over your music, and making it the way you want it to sound. A lot of engineers and producers have different styles, and sometimes they won't fit you. Personally I like to do it myself because I know it will come out the best it can.
<p>
<b>
3. What inspired you to move from New Jersey to California?</b>
<p>
Change, a lot of people are afraid of it but I think it's crucial if you want to succeed. But I wanted to be close to the entertainment industry center. The weather isn't so bad here either.

<p>
<b>
4. What projects are you currently working on?</b>
<p>
I have been practicing a lot of acoustic songs for live shows. Also I have some music on the back burner. At this point in time I'm waiting to find the right team to help me with my album.
<p><b>
5. Do you have any dream projects you'd especially love to be able to do?</b>
<p>
To have a legit album the world can hear. Working with all professional people that are the best at what they do helping bring out the best me possible. I'd love to collaborate with Lil Wayne, Jay Z, Drake, Nikki Minaj, and many more.

<b>Making Extra Income Online from Home</b>
<p>
Many websites on the internet fall under the "useless" category for people who are looking to find practical information that can help them support themselves and/or their families, pay off student loans, and meet other necessary expenses. Our goal is to find and share resources to help people find money-making opportunities that they might enjoy. Here are a few of our favorite ways that people can make from the comfort and safety of your own home.
<p><b>
Freelancing: Write to earn!</b>
<p>
If you have an interest in writing, this is a great opportunity for you. Many magazines and websites require freelancers to write for them, and if you have a talent for writing, they will be happy to pay you in order to write articles or stories for them. As an additional bonus, you can work with a selected niche or a specific interest at your desired time. All you have to do is sit at home and pour some words out of your mind into a text file. Some writers also make money by establishing contacts at local businesses who need to outsource and hire writers to create content of all kinds, from blog entries to annual reports.
<p>
<b>Affiliate Marketing – Promote products!</b>
<p>
Affiliate marketing is one of the most efficient and simplest ways of earning online. The basic process is that you buy a certain product and recommend it to someone else. Your reference is taken into account when they buy the product and you get a percentage of the commission upon the purchase. The best methods of affiliate marketing include reviewing products through social media, videos (on sites like YouTube and Dailymotion), and blogs. Many retailers offer affiliate programs.
<p><b>
Video Publishing – Use your talent to entertain or tutor others!</b>
<p>
If you like making videos, you can find a lot of opportunities to make money with your work. YouTube is currently the largest platform for video publishing. If you are a gaming enthusiast, a talented cook or make-up artist, strong in a specific field of education or just a superb stand-up comedian, YouTube provides you with the ultimate online podium to demonstrate your capabilities to the world. Advertising for YouTube on your videos will result in large paychecks depending on the number of viewers you are able to attract.
<p><b>
Blogging – Share your mind!</b>
<p>
Many people consider blogging to be the easiest route to making money online. Keeping a specific topic in mind, you can share your insights to try and attract readers from all over the world. Sharing your expertise in any field can help others who are struggling with a similar issue somewhere else on the globe. Depending on the number of readers, you may be able to get a direct advertiser who will pay generously for advertising on your blog, and there are also advertising networks that work with bloggers. Lots of bloggers also monetize their blogs through affiliate marketing, so you can see that many methods of making money online naturally support each other.

<p><b>
1. How did you get started with acting?</b>
<p>
My parents really struggled to find something that I enjoyed. They tried dance, cheerleading, soccer--you name it. It was when a teacher told my dad that I had been standing on a table in the classroom belting out Barry Manilow's "Copacabana" and other show tunes in elementary school that my parents then had a chat. Some little modeling then led to small acting roles that led to bigger roles and off we went!
<p><b>
2. What do you like best about acting, and what do you find most challenging about it?</b>
<p>
I love it. I love every aspect of it. I know it sounds crazy, but it is literally my life. It's all I want to do. Challenges are moving, not staying in same place and friends--loss of friends, old friends and new friends; friendships are really hard to maintain in this lifestyle. Again, it's a choice that I choose to do, and no one is making me. So it all work out in finding other ways to keep busy and the right friendships will come along in time. The travel is fun, and getting to work with big stars and directors is just like living a dream.
<p><b>
3. Would you tell us a little bit about your Imagen Award nomination and the film you're nominated for?</b>
<p>
My 2017 Imagen Award Nomination for Best Actress in a Feature Film came as a huge surprise. I mean, to be nominated alongside Salma Hayek and Eva Longoria and Edy Ganem, well, what 12 year-old wouldn't be over the moon! It's almost too much to take in. My mom thought it was a typo maybe when it was announced. We had a good laugh over that. But seriously, it's the biggest honor of my life.
<p>
<b>4. I read that you're also a talented singer. What opportunities have you found so far to combine your acting and singing talents?</b>
<p>
That's so sweet of you to say, thank you. I love singing, I was lead singer in School of Rock when I was in New York, and that was an incredible experience. Being surrounded by a band of kids all tweens, each one a super talented musician, coming together and making awesome music was one of the best experiences of my life.
<p><b>
5. What else would you like readers to know about you and your work? </b>
<p>
That I appreciate every person who is joining me in my journey online and on social media and watching my films and TV series. I love this world of entertaining people, and I know I am luckier than words can say getting to do what I love.
<p>

<p>
<b>1. How did you come up with the main group of characters in your series of novels?</b>
<p>
I wanted Starkey to be enigmatic--he had to be, he is the source of the mystery. One of his roles is to give the Stardust guidance whilst letting them find the answers themselves to ensure they grow as people. So I based a large part of him on one of my old managers who had a lot of life experience, but wanted us to form our own opinions so just gave us guidance.
<p>
For the Stardust themselves, I wanted to cover all angles. So Pippa was named after the pocket size doll I had as a girl because she is small, and for that reason I wanted her to be the superstrong one. Zak, we needed a sporty guy, Jason a Jack-the-lad who initially uses his power for bad then learns to use it for good. Stuart is the geek who gets bullied, and Heidi, who was named after my friend from school (but is nothing like her), is the self-proclaimed leader, who is very clever.
<p>
I remember Billie Jean King saying that when she watched <i>ET</i> she asked why none of the girls got to fly the bikes, so for that reason I made sure the girls were strong characters who played as active a role as all the boys. Once I had an overview of their talents, I just constructed them as people. They are from all different backgrounds and walks of life. As they are strangers to each other at the start, I liked the idea of them getting to know each other and bonding and becoming a team. Now when I write them I know them so well that I know how they are going to react in any given circumstance. Everyone has a favorite Stardust, and people see characteristics of themselves in the characters.
<p>
<b>2. Why did you decide to have the main characters be teenagers, and what are the challenges of writing teenage characters?</b>
<p>
They needed to be teenagers because they are given their powers whilst newborn babies, and these powers were fine tuned by Starkey when they hit puberty. I also feel this was the right age for them to start learning about life and making massive decisions on right and wrong.
<p>
At the time of initially writing the Stardust, my children were the same age so I had guidance from them and their friends.
<p>
<b>3. When you first got the idea for your series, did you know it would take place over the course of four books? In other words, how did you figure out the overall structure of the series?</b>
<p>
Initially, I wrote it as a TV script to send to the BBC, and it was much different then. In fact, it was just about five teenagers time-traveling in an old lift. When I was told they didn’t take scripts off new writers, I decided to turn it into a book, which literally took me a few years, during which time the whole concept of the story changed and the characters were given a real purpose. When I had decided how the story would go, I guessed it needed to be a trilogy; I hadn't expected Book 2 to end up in two parts, though.
<p><b>
4. Would you tell us a little more about the main idea of the series and the world in which it takes place?</b>
<p>
In Book 1, the Stardust traveled back in time to 5 periods of history where they recover items, the purpose of which they don't discover until the end of the book. Book 2 is the second part of the quest and they travel, in their dreams, to the Land of Nod, which is in fact the zodiac. If they can successfully get through each house and reach the end, then they must retrieve one item. For book 1, I had to do a lot of research to get the time periods accurate, especially as they encounter real life historic figures in some of the places. For book 2, I have just constructed a fantasy land and the zodiac characters who sit within it. I have had to draw on a lot of my life experiences to construct the characters within. The books are not all fantasy: an essential part of them is showing the teenagers in their real everyday lives, their families, interactions with people and daily problems and experiences.
<p><b>
5. What writing projects are you currently working on?</b>
<p>
A. I am currently working on part 2 of book 2, or at least the real live parts of part 2. I finished all the fantasy bits for part two about 9 months ago, having completed part 1’s fantasy bit about 9 months before that. So it could be argued each section of Book 2 is taking me about 9 months to write, but I have to do part 2’s real life part by the beginning of October to get it out by Christmas, so only giving myself 5 months on this. After that, it will be book 3 which I aim to take a bit of time over.

<p><b>
1. What was your childhood like?</b>
<p>
My childhood was horrible to say the least. I was constantly being kicked out by my parents from as young as 4 years old. They were horrible parents. The only adult in my life I could trust and count on was my Nana. She was always there for me whenever I needed her.
<p><b>
2. What drew your interest to writing books?</b>
<p>
I always had an interest in writing. When I was 9 years old, my school submitted a poem I had written to a competition, and I won a publication in a poetry book. I started writing books after taking over the Solaran Faith. It was a way to publish the beliefs of the faith and get it seen by hundreds of people.
<p><b>
3. How did you become involved with the Solaran faith?</b>
<p>
I have always been fascinated by religion, going from Christianity, to Wicca and others. But in 2007, when a friend told me about a religion that he had heard of, I was instantly intrigued. I went along to a meeting in Macclesfield forest, and I knew that it was the religion for me.
<p><b>
4. What do you tell people when they ask what the Solaran faith is all about?</b>
<p>
I often get asked about it on the spot, and I can't think of a response because I can't summarize seventeen years of doctrine in the few minutes they expect me to talk to about it. But now, I give them the basics of it; we believe that the goddess Solara inhabits a separate realm or universe. She was a higher being that existed alone in a realm she had power over. She began to change things to suit herself. Over time she created life in her realm. That life would worship her and help her to create more life.
<p><b>
5. Is there anything else in particular that you'd like readers to know about you and your work?</b>
<p>
I am currently working on a new novel called <i>Mage of Magic</i>. It is about an orphaned boy who rises to become a hero Sorcerer of a fantasy world called Valusia. I'm hoping to release the book in December on Amazon and wattpad for free.
<p>

<p>
It's no secret that any qualified locksmith is able to do the lock and key job you need done. However, finding a <a href="http://littleton-locksmith24.com/">reliable locksmith service in Littleton</a> will prove valuable more times than you may now realize.
<p>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjkvgTL1tC9rjjHrieklxooyVEMg3PJGjyJyU0SjvA6loL3GsSUrZNCZW2YLjl1rLRTS8QGaHrPY49WkN8_MAqEGwHwmnBt-0KSOX1mg8_XfQ-MwxUN3nesDY1zpuLPpHlGkUiXz2XBTiz7/s1600/247_Emergency_Locksmith.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="clear: left; float: left; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjkvgTL1tC9rjjHrieklxooyVEMg3PJGjyJyU0SjvA6loL3GsSUrZNCZW2YLjl1rLRTS8QGaHrPY49WkN8_MAqEGwHwmnBt-0KSOX1mg8_XfQ-MwxUN3nesDY1zpuLPpHlGkUiXz2XBTiz7/s320/247_Emergency_Locksmith.jpg" width="320" height="255" data-original-width="681" data-original-height="543" /></a></div>
<p>
The average person may not even think about the services that a locksmith provides until they are faced with trying to find lost keys, a key breaks off inside the ignition, the trunk is locked, a child or pet is trapped inside a running, locked, vehicle, you are locked out of your home, or there is an attempted break-in to your home, office, or automobile. When these situations strike, you will want a qualified, professional locksmiths who is able to handle a wide range of services and come to you any time, day or night in a hurry.
<p>
<b>The Secret About Local Locksmiths You Need To Know</b>
<p>
Many national professional locksmith companies advertise locally but fail to mention where they are headquartered. Sometimes, they will even secure a local area code to place in their ads. They present themselves as being local, but when you call for help, you find out the ugly truth. Your call is redirected to a national all center, instead. You will be assured that a locksmith is on the way. What they won't tell you is that they have dispatched a subcontracted locksmith, sometimes one who is new or lacks the proper training, and sometimes from another state who will take a long time to arrive. If they finally do arrive, they may show up without the proper tools or even leave damage to your locks or vehicles and then charge you way over the quoted price. These national companies do not have any incentive of building a relationship with clients like a true local company does.
<p>
<b>Your Safety Isn't Worth The Risk</b>
<p>
When you are stranded in a dark parking lot or roadside late at night, or even outside of your house or office, and need the help of a locksmith, and you need help in a hurry. You do not have the luxury of waiting around for someone to arrive from miles away and cannot take chances on sitting around in a troubled spot waiting for help to arrive. When you call a reliable locksmith service in Littleton, you will assured that help is on the way in no time. Our experts know that your safety depends upon it and will not take chances.
<p>
Besides showing up when you need them, local professionals tend to truly care about their customers. The time it takes for a qualified technician to show up, and the skills used to perform your locksmith emergency is what you will tell your friends. A reliable locksmith will work hard to <a href="http://littleton-locksmith24.com/emergency-locksmith-littleton-co/">get you out of an emergency and back to safety</a> while all of the time focusing on also building a trusting relationship with locksmith customers. The goal is to put your safety first and do the kind of job that will leave you wanting to call again for other locks and keys needs in the future.
<p>
<b>Convenient</b>
<p>
Emergencies never happen at a time that is convenient, but a reliable locksmith is ready
when you need them. Even if it's not an emergency, knowing that a professional locksmith close and able to be on the way in minutes means that the wait time is cut by seconds, minutes, and even hours or days. This in turn means more than convenience. It also takes into account that your safety is on the line.
<p>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgdK7y7z0hHMnOz8A1ZUXOHKmRDifirvQCxGp7Vfvc7tS86CBAi9wURxqIWv0ac9N4MobwTfBqTlUk_IdboEmv3ZUL2ksg7yk-GmawQUp6ihOtRVR6mpw8aZigqYjm66nxmcSq7-Jtq09_P/s1600/Locksmiths.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="clear: right; float: right; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-left: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgdK7y7z0hHMnOz8A1ZUXOHKmRDifirvQCxGp7Vfvc7tS86CBAi9wURxqIWv0ac9N4MobwTfBqTlUk_IdboEmv3ZUL2ksg7yk-GmawQUp6ihOtRVR6mpw8aZigqYjm66nxmcSq7-Jtq09_P/s320/Locksmiths.jpg" width="320" height="203" data-original-width="1000" data-original-height="633" /></a></div>
<p>
Investigate all of the locksmith companies in the area before you are inconvenienced by an ill-timed emergency. Research and then keep the number of a reliable locksmith service in your area so you have it when you need it. Get keys duplicated, locks re-keyed or changed, get back inside your home, office, car, or get your trunk opened without any damage to your locks, in a matter of minutes not days. Call someone who will show up quickly when you need help.
<p>
If you live in Denver-Aurora-Littleton or Arapahoe County area, have confidence in knowing that there is a reliable locksmith service in Littleton to call ready to show up in no time, and get you out of a worrisome situation and will be there for you with all of your future locksmith needs.Amanda Laughtlandhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/07014736758217241238noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5868993536138342602.post-43252751372729583822017-07-01T23:09:00.001-07:002017-07-01T23:10:55.876-07:00Meet Joe Johnson, Entrepreneur, Career Coach, Speaker, Author, and Strategic-OptimistA local Portlander, Joe Johnson loves to help people turn their biggest dreams into easy-to-follow roadmaps so that they can become their best selves. 01/03/how-to-receive-a-salary-increase/">this entry on how to receive a salary increase</a>.
<p>
<b>1. How did you decide to start up the Earn More Academy website?</b>
<p>
I decided to make Earn More Academy after I realized that my good fortune of finding great jobs wasn't luck at all--it was an invaluable skill.
<p>
I keep in contact with a lot of my friends from university; however, I noticed that many of them were really struggling to find a job. Sadly, some of them, now in their 30s, were forced to live with their parents because their current job wasn't helping them to move their lives forward.
<p>
A common thread was that each of them were both extremely unhappy with their jobs and severely underpaid. Then, after helping them with their resume, online profiles, and sharing some key career advice, they each landed a career in fields that made them happier and paid them more money.
<p>
Over the course of several years of privately coaching friends and colleagues, I finally decided to open the website <a href="http://EarnMoreAcademy.com">EarnMoreAcademy.com</a> to help a lot more people gain a better work life balance and financial independence.
<p>
<b>2. Why are so many people earning less money than they would like to be earning--or even than what their skills should be worth in the current job market?</b>
<p>
This is a BIG question. There are a lot of external factors both past and present that have affected the job market (ie: the economic slowdowns, company restructuring, layoffs, etc).
<p>
Despite this fact, I would say that the biggest thing that keeps people from earning more money, even though they may be overqualified, is they honestly don't know what they want from their own career path. Clarity is key forth finding the path to becoming a top-paid player in your industry. When you start to narrow down potential careers that leverage your real strengths and your unique talents, you can do some amazing stuff while at the right company.
<p>
Oftentimes, people suffer from job searching fatigue and grab ANY job that calls back after a long job search. However, it may not truly fit who you are and what you want to do. As a result, you will probably not excel nor be considered for a raise because your true potential will never be utilized.
<p>
<b>3. What are some things people can do in the job they hold right now to improve their financial position/outlook?</b>
<p>
This is a great question! We previously did a whole write-up dedicated to this exact question on our website. However, if a person is trying to improve their financial position at their current role, they are going to need to get on the same page with their employer. Here is a quick 3-part strategy for getting that salary increase that you deserve.
<p>
<b>Stage One – Goal Setting</b>
<p>
In the first stage, you need to approach your supervisor with the idea that you want to be considered for a raise in the near future and that you'd like to find out exactly what
it would take to receive a raise. To your boss, it's going to be a refreshing change of pace that an employee is ambitious enough to go above and beyond for the company. It's very important that you get ultra-specific and repeat back exactly what they told you their needs are. Example: "So you're saying, if I were to do X, then it would make me the best candidate for a raise in the next 6 months?"
<p>
<b>Stage Two – Execution & Recording</b>
<p>
After you confirm your supervisor's needs, you want to make sure that you complete your new project on time and better than expected. Underpromise and overdeliver!
<p>
At the end of each week, make sure to document your efforts and show how you have either grown productivity or how your efforts have increased revenues. You will need this later, as it will be what you will use to position yourself for a raise.
<p>
<b>Stage Three – Research & Rewards</b>
<p>
Head over to one of the following salary comparison websites and research how much money other professionals in your industry are being paid:
<p>
<a href="http://Salary.com">Salary.com</a>
<p>
<a href="http://PayScale.com">PayScale.com</a>
<p>
Aim to put yourself in the top 30% of professionals in your industry.
<p>
Next, you want to schedule a time to speak with your supervisor about the completion of the project and all of the benefits that have been the direct result of your work. This shouldn't be hard to do because your personal documentation serves to justify why you deserve the raise that you're requesting.
<p>
Finally, after you wrap up your project debrief session, smoothly transition into the money conversation by saying something like this, "Now several weeks ago, you mentioned that if I delivered on this project, we would discuss my salary. After researching on several payscale websites, I found the average compensation of people in similar industries was between Y and Z. Given my latest performance, I would like to request that my salary be moved from A to B."
<p>
<b>4. What are some common mistakes people make or misconceptions people have when it comes to searching for jobs?</b>
<p>
When it comes to the actual job interview, it can be very stressful. You basically have one shot to make an outstanding first impression. So many people have this misconception that you need to convince the employer that you are the best candidate by simply answering
questions about yourself. This is huge mistake! If they wanted one sentence answers, then they would have read your resume and skipped the entire interview process.
<p>
The truth, is that every job interview is always about the company, and your answers should be crafted in such a way that it positions YOU as the best solution to their business problems. This is how you win more job interviews.
<p>
<b>5. What else would you like readers to know about you and the services you offer through your site?</b>
<p>

We provide everything from eye-catching resume templates, to 1-on-1 coaching, and full job hunting online mastery courses.

<p><b>
1. What gave you the idea to write The Adventures Of Merrick The Viking?</b>
<p>
I really started looking at time periods that intrigued me, and I am a bit of a day dreamer, so I would wonder what it must have been like to grow up as a young teen in about 700 to 900 AD when all of Europe is still new and pre-America. So one thing led to another, and my protagonist turned out to be a young boy who happened to come from a long line of extremely well-crafted boat builders in a small Viking village. From there the adventure starts.
<p><b>
2. Have you always been interested in the history of Vikings and Scandinavia?</b>
<p>
I have been an admirer of history and how cultures evolved over time, and I am particularly interested in the Viking and Irish culture, but mostly the advancements in trade and influences on culture not necessarily on the violent history. I also tried not to mention any exact locations or historical names, just more of a reference. Also, I added in some hidden fun references to the Viking famous folklore.
<p><b>
3. Would you tell us a little more about the character of Merrick and what he experiences during the course of the book?</b>
<p>
The main character is Merrick, and I am writing this as a series of books with Merrick as the main character. He starts off around 16 to 17 years old, forced out of his village, and he really finds himself growing up pretty fast. Luckily for him, he has special traits that make him unique. He finds himself in survival mode but still keeps his adventurous personality as a coming of age teen. Plus, yes, once he makes it into an Ireland, he happens to start a new romance with a real headstrong Irish redhead girl, Kira, that keeps him in check.
<p><b>
4. What do you see as the challenges of writing for a young adult audience, and what do you most enjoy about writing for this audience?</b>
<p>
I see the challenges of a writer these days is a difference with how young readers want immediate action and also wants to follow and enjoy characters into series of books, letting their imagination turn page by page. My biggest obstacle was from the beginning: it is hard to market a book with Vikings that is not gruesomely violent, but I do have to acknowledge, yes, in history they did have groups of Vikings that plundered and destroyed villages, so I am carefully keeping the story more on a positive adventure.
<p><b>
5. Are you working on any new writing projects at the moment?</b>
<p>
Yes, I am currently writing the second book in the series which I refer to as Merrick Book 2 and should be a similar style and design so this should make for happy readers to continue the journey. To me I am just fascinated of the time to pull your boat up into an unknown port and be able to communicate and trade your goods--plus exchange ideas, technology, techniques, and food items. Even how that time period was able to put a universal price on their goods and services.
<p>

<p><b>
1. What was the inspiration behind starting EmailOnDeck?</b>
<p>
We feel that the internet is becoming a place where every site seems to be demanding your personal information just to access the site. We still believe that the internet is like your local library: what you research and learn about online is nobody's business but your own. More practically, there's an issue of providing your personal email address to a web site you've just visited for the first time. A common concern is: "What will this website do with my personal email if I give it to them?" Websites frequently sell your email address, and ultimately that can lead to one receiving SPAM which could include viruses and phishing emails. We built this service in hopes of allowing one to help retain and protect their online privacy.
<p>
<b>2. What sets this project apart from other free email providers?</b>
<p>
EmailOnDeck proactively focuses on providing you with temporary emails that work. With access to a large domain pool, EmailOnDeck can create a greater variety of temporary email address increasing the difficulty of advertisers tracking you online. EmailOnDeck also provides you with your own private temporary email inbox; it is not a public inbox for all to view. Finally, once you are done with your temporary email address, it will automatically be securely wiped and all emails securely erased in order to ensure your privacy.
<p>
<b>3. When are the times that someone might want to use a temporary email, instead of something like a "backup" email aside from their primary one?</b>
<p>
Any website that asks for your email before letting you visit or view their site. This is a great way to protect yourself from untrustworthy sites. Once you get comfortable with a website, then you can decide if you would like to provide your personal email address to them.
<p>
Interestingly, though, I actually like to point out when it's not a good time to use a temporary email address. If you're going to be giving a company your credit card number or mailing address, using a temporary email can actually make things more difficult. First of all, they have your personal information, so you're not really being much more private. Secondly, if the company needs to send you an email to confirm your purchase or subscription in a few months, you would no longer have access to that temporary email.
<p><b>
4. How do you keep your service available for free?</b>
<p>
Since we're constantly securely wiping emails, our storage costs are very low. We do place non-intrusive ads on certain pages of the web site. We also have plans to provide a paid "pro" version that's ad-free and provides more convenient features. More on that soon...
<p><b>
5. In addition to using a temporary email address, what else do people need to do to protect their privacy when using their computers, tablets, and phones?</b>
<p>

<p>
<b>1. Why do you think kids enjoy both fiction and nonfiction stories about dinosaurs so much?</b>
<p>
I believe that kids feel safe about creatures that supposedly existed in the past who were frightening and dangerous. Learning about their characteristics in a secure context such as books makes children eager to confront scary issues. Kids really believe they are protected now from being conquered by dinosaurs. This especially includes making new friends and getting along with different sorts of people. A fantasy adventure such as <i>My Favorites are the Herbivores. How to Make Friends with a Plant Eating Dinosaur</i> will definitely help kids build boundaries to lay a strong foundation for their lives.
<p>
2. What do you like best about publishing books for children?
<p>
I felt that being the book's publisher gave me a new understanding of how children process information about life's journeys. The additional illustrations that come with book have given me expectation that this ebook has the power to uplift children's imaginations, no matter how strange they may seem to parents and other care-givers.
<p>
<b>3. As a children's author, what are the advantages of publishing for the Kindle format?</b>
<p>
The benefit that publishing for Kindle provides is they have a really large audience for this specific category. Further, they are keen to spread the word about books in their network once they reach a certain level of readership. This kind of PR helps authors along with their other halves to make decent income and promote the brand. Who can refuse publicity? Certainly not us!
<p>
<b>4. What else would you like readers to know about you and your work?</b>
<p>
As a children's fiction and non-fiction provider, I would like children and their guardians to have something interesting, such as a ten page ebook, that is accessible and affordable. Kindle does a good job with the task. Other platforms are also catching up with sort of advertising online. Children's fiction and non-fiction portray another time. It allows them to experiment with their feelings while they face different realities. One reviewer on Kindle have even given <i>My Favorites are the Herbivores. How to Make Friends with a Plant Eating Dinosaur</i>, a 5 star rating. It is a privilege to bring hope and a bright future to a child and have no doubt that similar minded educators feel the same as I.Mandyhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/08531619720468863819noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5868993536138342602.post-41606438825649126202017-05-22T22:05:00.001-07:002017-05-25T20:47:04.926-07:00Meet Dahshanae, Singer, Songwriter, and ProducerDahshanae Denise Jones, known as Dahshanae,is a singer, songwriter, producer, actress, and dancer from Chicago. <p>
<b>1. How did your career as a singer/songwriter get started, and would you tell us a little bit more about your family members being involved in music as well?</b>
<p>
I've always had a passion for music since I was little. My entire family is like a boombox. When I was about 9 or 10 years old, I started a singing group with my two cousins and we called ourselves The Talented Angels. We were like the young Destiny's Child, and I was Beyonce lol. We used to perform for family functions, and then we evolved to talent shows and competitions. I would always choreograph our dances and write our songs, if we weren't performing someone else's. It was nothing but great times.
<p>
As of now, I am a solo artist, of course and that venture is always exciting working on my projects and working with my brothers, Tazzie H and Kaza Block, who are both amazing upcoming artists.
<p><b>
2. What was your process like in producing your latest project, the "98:An Imperfect Masterpiece" EP?</b>
<p>
Now that was an amazing experience I will never forget! I always knew that when I put out my first big project, I wanted to produce it myself, and that's exactly what I did. Every aspect of that project came from a soft spot in my heart for 90's music, and I love how everything came together. My whole thing was, this era of music is nothing compared to the 90's era, and one of my favorite things about music from that time was the pureness and how it made you feel. It made you feel things you didn't know you could, and I just wish we could bring back that aspect of music we so desperately need in this generation.
<p>

<p>
<b>3. How have people been responding so far to your new single, "Sashay"?</b>
<p>
I've been getting a lot of feedback and positive vibes so far! I hope that more people listen to it and love it as much as I do.
<p><b>
4. Who do you look to in the industry--are there people you see as reference points for your own work?</b>
<p>
I look up to strong woman in the industry who continues to make the impossible possible. I love to listen to artist like Beyonce, of course, but I love Janet Jackson, Erukah Badu, Jill Scott, Amy Winehouse, Kehlani, and the list goes on. I also look up women outside of music like Taraji P. Henson, Angela Bassett, Loretta Devine, Monique, Viola Davis, and the list goes on again. I like to take from those amazing women when it comes to patience, creativity, and confidence.
<p><b>
5. What are you working on now, and what projects are coming up for you over the next year?</b>
<p>
I'm literally the multitasking queen right now lol. I'm of course working on my music. I'm working on a few special projects that will be released this year. I also recently came out with my official merchandise, which is <a href="http://www.Dahshanae.com">on my website right now</a>. I'm working on some modeling and acting projects, and I'm in the process of writing books and so much much.
<p>
I am also working with my two brothers. Tazzie H and Chewy Bandzz just came out with a hot song called "Rock" on SoundCloud. I shot the video for the track and their working on a dope project for July. My younger brother, Kaza Block, is also releasing a dope project for June called "G.A.S". Right know, we're all just non-stop working and can't wait for everyone to see what we're made of.

Passionate about writing from the age of nine, he had a rough upbringing and often turned to comic books as a refuge away from the horror around him. He was born with a learning disorder, and in elementary school, a teacher sexually molested him. That teacher never served any time in prison, and as a result, Christopher has been distrustful of authority figures throughout his life.
<p>
In high school, Christopher was a victim of bullying, called names like "faggot" by his peers and "lost cause" by his teachers. Shy and soft-spoken, he kept his head down until graduation, at which point he matriculated into the Art Institute of Pittsburgh in order to study computer animation. There, he honed his skills as an artist and expanded his mind by experimenting with substances such as marijuana and LSD.
<p>
Outside of comic books, Christopher is interested in punk music and tattoos.

<p><b>
1. When you were a kid, what drew you to writing as an art form?</b>
<p>
I don't remember when what drew me to writing. All I remember is when there was computer in front of me, I began to write. I haven't stopped writing and have no plans to stop writing. If there is a day when I stopped writing, it would be the day I ran out of stories.
<p>
<b>2. How did you decide to start writing comic books?</b>
<p>
I started writing books. Nothing got published, but I think over time I kind of lost passion on writing books. I always loved reading comics, and I still remember every comic I read. So one day I decided: I'm going to write and create my own comics. I still love writing--it is just that I chosen a different medium.
<p><b>
3. How do you come up with the images for your comics?</b>
<p>
The best way to describe this is I am creating a storyboard, and I am the director. I have to know where the camera is and how much lighting the scene needs. Sometimes there are images that don't go into comics and I have to know where I want to take this story.
<p>
<b>4. What inspired you to start Anarchy Brothers Press, and how did you choose the name for the project?</b>
<p>
When I was writing books, I was rejected by many, many book agencies. I thought there had to be one person out there who liked my work, but the more I got rejected, I kind of felt no one wanted to hear about what I was working on. So I decided that to hell with all the agencies who rejected me--I am going to start my own publishing company. It first started out to be an independent publishing company, and it evolved into a comic book publishing company. The name came from being a punk: I can do things for myself and the love of being that there is no government, but anarchy. Also, I dedicated this company to my brothers who are no blood related, but I feel that they are brothers from another mother.
<p> <b>
5. What are you working on currently, and is there anything else you'd like people to know about your work?</b>
<p>
Right now I am working on issue number 4 of <i>Dark Web Stories</i>. It is called <i>The Hunters vs The Preys</i>. It is about the story of <a href="https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&rct=j&q=&esrc=s&source=web&cd=3&cad=rja&uact=8&ved=0ahUKEwi8kZ2XuO3TAhUJSCYKHb7RBHwQFggwMAI&url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.imdb.com%2Ftitle%2Ftt0023238%2F&usg=AFQjCNFjn7wAQaX0lwbsxyIVeHIU9FMoJA&sig2=875HwjLtoPurnbMGMuaFZA">The Most Dangerous Game</a> but it does have a twist. It is about the rich that are willing to hunt people who are poor and not just kill them, but to bet on them on the internet on who can survives the longest.
<p>
My work is kind of dark. I don't like fan fiction, but if there is a movie or video game I played, my mind looks at it and I start to think I can create a story out it and all of it is original. For example, one of my comics, <i>I Have No Use For A Name</i>, is about the apocalypse. There have been many comics and movies about the apocalypse, but these other stories don't take up subjects that no one wants to talk about, like pedophilia.
<p>
I always had distrusted people of authority and that shows up a lot in my work. The thing is I don't believe if someone is a cop or the president that means you have to respect them no matter. The thing is you have to earn my respect.
<p>

They provide trading knowledge and skills meant to translate into successful trading. After sharing their knowledge through courses, they monitor new traders' performance and how they are applying what they have learned. Learn more at <a href="http://www.fxmasters.co.uk/">http://www.fxmasters.co.uk/</a>.
<p>
<b>1. How did ForeX Masters get started? </b>
<p>
ForeX Masters started as a complimentary service that we were offering to some of our alternative fund investors. Some of them had experience trading their own stock and commodities account and wanted to learn more about Forex market and how our fund strategy was delivering hedge alpha.
<p>
Before we knew it, we had more people being referred to us via our brokers and clients, and decide it would be a good and fun opportunity to deliver in-depth forex education. This also serves as a tool for our expansion plan while recruiting and growing talent.
<p>
<b>2. What are the main differences between the three Forex courses that you offer? </b>
<p>
We understood based on our own experience and the feedback of our clients that people have different needs. These needs can be based on their lifestyle, life stage, and financial goal. Some are doing trading for fun, while others do it as a mean to earn extra money. Still others simply do it as a means to build a long-term retail trader career. In some cases, I have seen people transiting from stock and indices for career purposes. Not many big institutions offer an in depth trading course but expect their traders to have acquired that knowledge. Therefore, we thought it necessary to design different courses with the aim of filling business needs in mind while always providing a solid base.
<p>
<b>3. How have your courses helped people with their ability to trade either part-time or full-time; in other words, what are some of the key skills that you teach?</b>
<p>
We have had a great success to date with every student that manages to complete their chosen program while respecting and following our methodology. Till today we have some our student testimony that can be seen below as successful examples, and for those that still struggle we do operate a open door policy, where the can get in touch with any of our coaches for a free refresher session.
<p>
I actually had a student contacting me in October last year almost 18 months after completing his program; he told me he needed help, and I spent two months coaching him after we met for a coffee. Sometimes people lose interest and drive, and as with mastering any skill in life, successful trading take requires time and having the right attitude is key.
<p>
Students usually come out with a deep understanding of technical and fundamental analysis but more importantly the importance and impact of countries' economies, and central bank policies on currencies exchange. And another important lesson is the correlation between currencies and commodities. Something I always assure my students is that by the end of one of our program, your view on the world will drastically change while at the same time your understanding of it will help you have a more fulfilling life.
<p>
<b>4. Are there any misconceptions that you commonly see people having about trading? </b>
<p>
Misconceptions associated with Forex trading are always the same with the financial trading industry and investing: people believing it's a scam or that huge amounts of money are required to invest or simply that the markets are rigged so that only the wealthy would profit.
<p>
Contrary to stock and indices, for example, there's no one entity that can control the outcome of a trading session. With the Forex market it's a fragmented and decentralised market where all parties need each other and the biggest players do need the smallest to a certain extent.
Anyone can profit from this market if they put the time and effort into learning. Even the best traders and funds do lose money at times; the secret is to stick to risk management and build consistency.
<p>
Another misconception is that it's impossible to make an income from trading, which is totally untrue. People can indeed make a living from trading but once again this requires knowledge time and discipline
<p>
<b>5. For people who have always wanted to get into trading, what makes Forex a good option compared to other ways of investing? </b>
<p>
The Forex market offer a unique way for individuals to invest and trade 24 hours a day. The information needed to make informed trading decision is widely available on most brokers' platforms and specialist websites for free.

<b>1. At which stage of your life that you discover yourself with an obsession for architectural photography?</b>
<p>
The Big Apple has always been a profoundly inspirational, profoundly influential place for me and my artwork because it (New York City) for me, is literally the most perfect representation of hope, opportunities, health, success and abundance. I have always seen the city of New York as the central hub for all things in life that are important in life, sort of as the pulse of everything new and cool. New York has always inspired this ambition in me to inspire others of the majesty of the heart of the city. More and more in my life, I have found New York's rich architectural backdrop as the one place on earth that I could happily explore with a smile on my face for the rest of my life.

2. When have you been most satisfied in your life?</b>

I believe that I am at my happiest now, although you can argue that the first moment I discovered happiness was when I discovered photography, when I was 13. Oftentimes, I think, "how can a man possibly be luckier than myself?" I am a world-class artist and photographer who is making a name for himself, not just in the world of New York photography, but in art circles worldwide. Art critics around the world have labeled me a visionary, as opposed to just another uninspired, bargain basement wedding photographer. The fact that I've been able to make quite a good living doing what I love is just icing on the cake. Yes, the present time is definitely the best time my life has ever been and I wouldn't trade places with any other artist in the world.
<p>
<b>3. Who are your influences as an artist?</b>
<p>
Lucien Hervé, the Hungarian photographer popular for his very futuristic, very avant garde style. Some people see him as the Salvador Dali of photography and I'm one of those people who agree. I'm also a great lover of Berenice Abbott, a popular photographer known best for her breathtaking photos of cultural icons of the 60s and 70s.
<p>
<b>4. Whose design language did you fall deepest in love with? How come?</b>
<p>
Lucien Hervé and his avant approach to accentuating shapes and patterns in his black-and-white photos has always inspired me as an artist to create minimalist works of art. I often times find myself using Lucien's greatest works as a measuring stick for my success as a photographer and I see that is the greatest thing I've ever done.
